If you are unhappy with your purchase or would like to return your items, we are happy to make it right for you by issuing a store credit for the value of your item (minus any original shipping charges, if applicable) or by offering an exchange, provided the following conditions are met:

  1. Items must be shipped out within 7 calendar days from the date you receive your order, as evidenced by the courier's tracking information.

  2. Returned items must be in their original form (not worn, altered, or washed) and must have all original tags/labels attached. Additionally, returned items must be free of stains, makeup, deodorant, or signs of wear.

Please note that our return policy has a duration of 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.


Only regular-priced items, items received damaged, or items not as described can be fully refunded back to the original payment method. All other returns are refunded as store credit at Falassen. Products listed on sale are non-refundable.


Please note that orders purchased with store credit/gift cards are not eligible for return or exchange. Kindly double-check that the items you wish to return do not fall under this list:

  • Eyewear
  • E-Gift cards
  • Jewelry
  • Lingerie sets (including women's shapewear and body shapers)
  • Swimwear (bikini bottoms, bikini sets and one-piece swimsuits)


We recommend returning your item to us and using your store credit to place a new order. Please note that the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location. It is important that you provide the tracking number along with the name of your chosen shipping carrier. Our warehouse will not accept any return parcels without this information. A store credit code will be issued for the returned item(s) amount, excluding the original shipping cost. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to notify you when the store credit has been issued.


You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are returning an item valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


In case if you received damaged item(s), send an email to with clear photos of the damage, and include your order number in the subject line. We will respond to you as soon as possible. Products that have been damaged during the shipping process are eligible for a full refund to the original payment method or store credit.


In the unfortunate event that the item is defective or differs significantly from what has been ordered (such as size, color, or style), the customer has the right to receive a new product, subject to availability, or a full refund to the original payment method.

Please note that slight variations in color shades can occur in each production run. Additionally, variations in lighting during photography and different settings can affect the appearance of colors in the photos. As a result, the fabric color may appear slightly different in real life.


To return your product, you should follow instructions sent to you after contacting

  • Email us to and include your full name and order number. Attach photo(s) in the email if you have received a defective item or wrong color/style/size.
  • We will review your return item(s) and send an email to update you on whether the request has been approved or denied.
  • Return Authorization Number will be issued if your return is approved. Follow the instructions and ship your item(s) to the return address we provide in our reply.
  • You must provide a valid tracking number with the name of your chosen shipping carrier. Our warehouse will not accept any return packages without this information.
  • As soon as your return has been processed at our warehouse, we will send you an email on whether your returned item(s) are approved or denied. If it is approved, the store credit will be issued and sent to you via email within 10 business days.

DO NOT return the package to the address you received it from. It is not the address for return. If you send the item(s) without notice to, such items are not accepted, and refund will not be issued. 


If you have not received a refund yet, please follow these steps:

  1. Check your bank account again to ensure the refund has not been processed.

  2. Contact your credit card company as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted to your account.

  3. Next, reach out to your bank as there may be a processing time before the refund is reflected in your account.
