All packages shipped out will be sent via a trackable method. Once your order ships out and our database is updated with your online tracking number, we'll send you an email containing the online tracking information, which you can use to track your package. If 7 business days have passed and you still have not received this email from us, simply drop us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we'll check it out for you right away.
Our order processing time is about 3-5 business days. In some cases, processing may take longer due to various factors (i.e., the time of year the order is placed, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and other major holidays).

- c) Lebanon, Colombia, Dominican Republic, Kuwait, Russia, Brazil, Argentina ~ 20 to 49 business days.
Please note that all estimated shipping times stated are based on normal conditions. However, from time to time, we may experience heavy international shipping volumes, especially during the holiday seasons. Additionally, customs clearance and scanning of incoming packages in some countries may take longer. Please be aware that Falassen is not responsible for the delivery schedule and cannot guarantee that your item will be received within the estimated delivery timeframe due to unforeseen delays. These delays can occur due to increased shipping volume, peak periods, customs processing delays, inaccurate or incomplete shipment information (such as a P.O. Box for the receiver's address or a missing or inaccurate receiver telephone number), or the unavailability or refusal of the receiver to accept delivery.
An express shipping option (DHL, FedEx, Aramex, UPS) is available. If you have any inquiries about upgrading your order to express shipping, please send us an email at email@example.com immediately after placing your order, and we'll provide you with a quote and invoice for online payment.
We will not be able to cancel orders once they have begun to be processed. As a general rule of thumb, if you do not email us within 5 hours of placing an order, there is a high chance that we will not be able to cancel it. Nonetheless, please drop us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible if you would like to cancel your order.
Falassen is not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed in transit. In the rare event that a package does not reach you after 90 business days, and we are unable to trace the package in our tracking system, please obtain a proof from your local post office stating that you have not received any packages from our sending address within this time period. Once you provide this proof, we will ship out another package as soon as possible.
Falassen is not responsible if a package cannot be delivered due to missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information. Please take great care to enter the correct shipping details during checkout. If you realize that you have made an error, please email us at email@example.com with the subject line 'URGENT SHIPPING ADDRESS ERROR' as soon as possible. In your email, explain the error and provide the correct information within 24 hours. However, please understand that if the package has already been shipped, we are unable to alter the destination address at this stage. Our store reserves the right to charge a re-shipment fee.
DELIVERED BUT NOT RECEIVED
If the tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address, but you have not received your order, please contact the shipping carrier for more information. We are not responsible for packages that are delivered but not received. Shipping fees will not be refunded for undeliverable orders.
In the event that a package is returned by the post office or shipping carrier, it may either be destroyed or become an unregistered package during the return process. Since no one is paying for the return, there is a possibility that it might get lost or destroyed by customs on its way back. If we receive your return package, additional fees will be charged to cover any costs incurred.
DEFECTIVE, INCORRECT, MISSING ITEMS
We understand how frustrating this can be. Rest assured, we strive to ensure every order is perfect for you! Upon receiving your order, please thoroughly check the delivered items. If you receive an item that is defective, incorrect, or if you believe you are missing an item, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within two business days of delivery. Please include a photo and description of the issue, along with your order number, to ensure a speedy resolution. We will work with you to correct the order as quickly as possible.
If you received a package that seems to be missing any items, please do not worry! Occasionally, we ship orders in multiple/separate packages due to weight restrictions and to facilitate faster shipping once an item is located in our warehouse.
